Proper maintenance and servicing of fire extinguishers are key to their functionality and efficiency at use.

The importance of proper and quality maintenance is emphasized by the Fire Protection Act, and corresponding bylaws which prescribe the following actions and maintenance dates for fire extinguishers:

  • regular check every 3 months

  • periodical servicing at least once a year

  • internal examination at least every five years*

* every 2 years for devices older than 15 years, from the year of their manufacture

Regular check should be carried out by the owner of the device and it is his duty to do so, whereas periodical servicing and internal examination should be carried out solely by a person certified by the manufacturer and/or supplier of fire extinguishers

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SERVICING

Apart from the production, one of the most important activities is the servicing of fire extinguishers. With a great number of certified servicers in locations Zagreb-Rakitje, Rijeka and Osijek, and 4 mobile servicing vehicles, we are the biggest servicing center for fire extinguishers in the Republic of Croatia.


Our servicing teams guarantee high quality of service and they use only original spare parts in accordance with the law, and the servicing itself is carried out within the time limits laid down in the Regulation on Fire Extinguishers and according to manufacturer's instructions.


Furthermore, thanks to our network of partners all across the Republic of Croatia, we can offer servicing in the territory of Croatia with one joint agreement. The Contracting Parties, apart from the priority in servicing periods, have other benefits in terms of discount on the rest of the product range, new-for-old replacement etc.

We hold the integrated certificate of the quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and the health & safety management system (OHSAS 18001) for a number of years, which is another proof of the high-quality service that we offer to our current and possible future users.

We organize the collection and disposal of hazardous waste at certified concessionaires for our clients. By doing so, apart from the servicing itself, we can offer to our clients the complete service: from the sale of the device, through its regular maintenance to the disposal.
